Great Physician's / Staff Needs Improvement
Love this pediactric ofc of African American Physicians serving the community. Would recommed this group highly to parents. My biggest issue is the staff - referals, triage, and the automated greeting that gives no real options; all of which needs work. Rarely is someone reachable in triage - line rings forever, referals are handled by one person whom for me was very difficult to reach for 4 straight days not even reaching the level of phone tag b/c the other staff members would not take a message.
